Hit Point Press will be closed from December 25 to January 3 for the holidays. During this time, both warehouse and support operations will cease until we return the week of January 3rd, 2022. The support team will respond to all inquiries as soon as possible once operations resume. Have a wonderful holiday season!


My order says Fixed Shipping and the tracking number doesn’t work. Can you tell me where my order is?

Orders with Fixed Shipping are shipped with a stamped envelope and thus cannot be tracked. If you do not receive your order within two months of the ship date, please reach out to us at support@hitpointpress.com and we can figure out the next steps!


My address was incorrect and was unable to be delivered. What do I do?

Let us know at support@hitpointpress.com for store orders or kickstarter@hitpointpress.com for Kickstarter rewards! We’ll either track your package down or get your items reshipped.

Customers are responsible for providing us with an accurate delivery address and may be charged a reshipping fee to send their package out a second time.

What is your return policy?

My FedEx package has stopped in Mirabel, PQ/Memphis, TN. / My package reached the destination country and was turned around for no reason by the postal service. What’s going on?

My package hasn’t moved since it reached my country. What’s going on?

Please reach out to your local courier to ensure they don’t need any information regarding potential customs fees or VATs. If there is another issue, please contact us!

My delivery driver didn’t deliver my package on the date it was set to be delivered. What can I do?
