How can I tell if my item is on pre-order?
For items on hitpointpress.com there will be an indicator on the product page that it’s a pre-order along with an estimated timeframe for when we will begin shipping orders.
What does it mean that my item is on pre-order?
This simply means that we plan to have the item for sale but it’s not available just yet. For example, if you order a book that is available for a pre-order that is set to be released in a certain month, we anticipate being able to start shipping the item in that month.
Where is my pre-ordered item?
The expected shipping date featured on the product page are estimates only and we do not guarantee timelines. Please be aware that orders that contain pre-order items will not ship until everything in the order is available and will ship together.
I backed your Kickstarter on BackerKit. What does that mean for me?
If you preordered on BackerKit, your items will be processed there and will not be reflected on our website. Please review the campaign specific FAQ for more details regarding your preorder.
